Review: Pho #1 Vietnamese Restaurant

Pho #1 located on Altama not far from Publix and Wal-Mart

I am not sure why I never wrote about this place before. I have been going here for years now!

Pho #1 Vietnamese Restaurant has the best fresh spring rolls in town. They are filled with pork, shrimp, and a ton of healthy greens. One of the few foods on this planet that are both extremely tasty and healthy. They also offer a few different fried spring rolls (not as healthy, but oh so good).

For a main course they offer some great pho soups. These are simple broths, with a meat of your choice, and noodles. You can spice them up to your delight with sauces and fresh herbs that they will bring you.

Pho #1 also has some grilled dishes served with white rice or fried rice. Their fried rice is the real deal and is filled with various veggies, fried egg, etc.

The service is great and the people that run the restaurant are extremely nice.

Attached to the restaurant is an Asian grocery where you can get things you will never see at Publix (oh shrimp crackers how I love you so!)

This is only Vietnamese restaurant in town as far as I have seen. Please support them! We need more ethnic food around here and cannot afford to lose any.
